SELLERS INSPECTION
A Seller's Inspection is an important step in the home inspection process. It is an opportunity for the seller to be prepared for what they will be facing in a real estate transaction. Having a thorough inspection completed before listing the home can help limit any financial surprises down the road. A professional home inspector will inspect the home inside and out, looking for any potential issues that need to be addressed before the sale. This will provide peace of mind to the seller and assurance that the home is ready to be sold.
BUYERS INSPECTION
A buyer's inspection is a comprehensive, head-to-toe, non-invasive evaluation of the home’s accessible structure, systems and components. We use the latest technology, including free thermal imaging, to ensure that no detail is overlooked. Our unlimited customer service is available to answer any questions you may have before, during and after the inspection. Our goal is to provide you with a thorough and informative home inspection that will give you the confidence to make an informed decision.
RADON TESTING
Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer and it is important to have your home tested for it in order to protect the health of you and your family. We are NRPP and Colorado Certified Radon Testing Professionals and are able to provide a thorough and accurate radon test. It is the law that your radon test be done by a certified professional and with our team, you can be sure you’re getting the that level of service.
SEWER SCOPE
A sewer scope is an important part of home inspection. It is a digital video inspection of the pipes that run from the house to the municipal sewer or septic tank. This allows the inspector to see any potential issues that may be hidden in the pipes, such as roots, collapsed pipes, or other problems that you can't see on the surface. Sewer scope inspections can help to uncover expensive sewer problems before they become a larger issue.
11 MONTH WARRANTY INSPECTION
Your home warranty is usually one year, so take advantage of that and get an inspection done near the end of the 11th month. This will allow the inspector to look at all the systems and components of the home to make sure everything is still in good condition. The inspector will check for any signs of wear, defects, or any other issues that might be causing problems. This can help prevent future issues and costly repairs. A 11 month warranty inspection is a great way to ensure your home is safe and in good condition.
TOWNHOUSE/CONDO INSPECTION
A Townhouse Condominium Inspection is an important step for any potential homeowner to take. An inspector will thoroughly inspect the interior of the home, as well as all systems that are part of the home, such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Additionally, it is important to be aware of what the Home Owners Association is responsible for maintaining, such as the exterior of the home or certain parts of the home, like the roof and siding.
FAQ
THE DAY OF THE INSPECTION
Can I walk around with you?
Yes, you can join me on a home inspection! I want you to be educated and have a full understanding of the home you are considering purchasing. I will take the time to explain the findings and answer any questions you may have. However, please remember that I have to focus on my job and evaluate the home thoroughly.
Who can be there?
We recommend you bring your real estate agent to the inspection, as they can see potential issues and can help you use our Repair Request Addendum feature. You can also bring friends and family to share in the excitement, but they should not be relied upon to provide any advice or opinion on the inspection.
THE REPORT
What should I be looking for?
Our home inspection report provides a comprehensive overview of the condition of the property. It includes lots of images, making it easy to review the findings and identify any safety hazards or defects. The report also includes a clear summary of our findings, so you can understand the overall condition of the property. We also provide a detailed explanation of any repairs that may be necessary. Our report is designed to be easy to read and understand, so you can make an informed decision about the property.
Do you make recommendations?
Yes! We will make recommendations on the type of contractor you will need to help you address issues. This will allow you to quickly determine costs and develop a good game plan.
FOLLOW UP
